Double Booth Requests

Because Nerdy Noel is a curated market, we will unfortunately not have spots available for all the vendors that apply. However, in the spirit of the market, we want to be able to fill our space each year with as many vendors and artists as possible, in order to benefit our wonderful Nerdy community.

Due to the increase in requests for double booth spaces, the following changes have been made:

Double booth spots (a 10x20' space) will be priced at $400.​

These will ONLY be available for purchase by Nerdy Noel sponsors.

  • IF YOU WANT A BOOTH IN THE BELLE:

    • ​Two double booth spots will be available in the Belle. These are reserved for Gold, Diamond, and Platinum Sponsors.

    • Double booth spots in the Belle will be endcaps (2 corner booths).

  • IF YOU WANT A BOOTH IN THE ROYAL:

    • Two double booth spots will be available in the Royal. These are reserved for Platinum Sponsors.

    • Double booth spots in the Royal will be inline (not corners).

 

To request a double booth spot, first follow the Sponsorship link below and email nerdynoelmarket@gmail.com to sign up for a Sponsorship package. Once that invoice has been paid, you can email us to request a double booth.
